COLD VEGGIE SIDE DISH

Cold Veggie Side Dish image

Sometimes you just don't want to make a salad. This is a great little dish that takes minutes to put together and all that is required is what is in your crisper.

Provided by Lonna Weidemann

Time 10m

Number Of Ingredients 6

Ingredients

1 tomato cubed
1 cucumber sliced
1 carrot sliced
1 pepper, yellow or green sliced
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp basil

Steps:

1. You can use any vegetable combination you would like. Simply dice, chop veggies and put in a bowl. Add celery salt and basil and toss.
2. Chill for 15 to 30 minutes prior to serving.
