Ingredients

4 oz silver tequila
4 oz egg white (2 large eggs)
2 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
Small pinch sea salt
Crushed Ice

Steps:

Pour all ingredients, except ice, into cocktail shaker.
Shake hard for 30 seconds.
Add ice filling shaker 1/3, then shake 30 seconds.
Strain and Serve.

Ingredients

2 oz. bourbon (we recommend Angel's Envy Port-Finished Bourbon)
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
¾ oz. honey

Steps:

Combine bourbon, lemon juice, and honey in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake very vigorously to help dissolve honey until outside of shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds.
Strain cocktail through a Hawthorne strainer or a slotted spoon into an old-fashioned or rocks glass with 1 large ice cube or several smaller ones.
