Number Of Ingredients 5

1 orange, peeled and quartered
¼ lemon, peeled, quartered, seeded
½ cup (75 g) fresh pineapple chunks
¼ cup (60 g) frozen mango chunks
1 cup (240 ml) ice cubes

Steps:

  • 1.Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  • 2.Select Variable 1.
  • 3.Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
  • 4.Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached.

1/2 cup lemon yogurt
1/3 cup honey

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.

1 cup fresh orange juice
1 cup coconut milk
1 lime, juiced
2 teaspoons ground turmeric
1 (1/2 inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
ice cubes as desired

Steps:

  • Blend bananas, pineapple, orange juice, coconut milk, lime juice, turmeric, ginger, nutmeg, and ice cubes together in a blender until smooth.

  • PLACE ingredients into blender in order listed.
  • BLEND until smooth. Add a little water, if needed, to facilitate blending.
  • POUR into a glass and serve immediately.
