Chris Awesomely Easy Ice Cream Dessert Food
RICE KRISPIES ICE CREAM DESSERT
This always bring's back chilhood memories. It's an old time dessert that my mom made quite frequently. You may also use CornFlakes or RiceChex instead of the Krispies.

Steps:
- Mix all together. (omitting the icecream).
- Spread 1/2 the mixture in a buttered 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Slice icecream (softened) on top.
- Sprinkle with remaining crumbs over the top.
- Refreeze.
- It's already quite sweet, but if you're so inclined, drizzle with a little of your favorite ice-cream topping. Butterscotch, caramel, or hotfudge all work.

Steps:
- Combine 60 crackers, butter and walnuts in bowl.
- Mix well.
- Pat into nonstick 9"x13" pan.
- Beat pudding mixes in milk in mixer bowl until thick.
- Add ice cream.
- Mix well.
- Spoon into prepared pan.
- Spread whipped cream over all.
- Sprinkle with 10 crushed crackers.
- Chill until set.
TWO SECOND GINGER, CREAM & GRAPE DESSERT
You can literally throw this together in 2 seconds and it is ever so good. If you want to sweeten the sour cream you may use a bit of brown sugar or Sweet & Low Brown sugar substitiute. I prefer it without sugar added there is sugar on the crystallized ginger

- Add a quarter of the our cream on top.
