This is one of my boyfriends favourite recipes and a good sweet dish to make in hot weather since there's no oven involved to heat up your kitchen. You can also sub museli for the oats.

- Mix sugar, butter, cocoa and milk together in a saucepan and bring to a rolling boil.
- Remove from the heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
- Drop from a teaspoon onto wax paper or a cookie sheet.

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER FROGS
A friend of mine made these awhile back and I thought they were so cute and the kids would just love them. So she shared the recipe with me.

Steps:
- Place chocolate and butter in saucepan, cook over low heat until melted, stirring frequently, set aside.
- Spread bottom of each cookie with 1 teaspoon of peanut butter, dip into melted chocolate mixture, immediately press 2 pretzel twists on chocolate for frog legs with wide part of prezels facing outward. Place, pretzel side down, on wax paper lined cookie sheet.
- Attach M & M's for eyes using remaining chocolate mixture or peanut butter.
- Let stand until chocolate is set.

These chewy little delights, made quickly in a saucepan will undoubtably become a favorite!

- Grease and line a 7 inch square baking tin.
- Combine the sugar,butter,cocoa powder and milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally to remove any lumps. Reduce the heat to low and boil gently for 5 mins.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Then add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture in to the tin and chill for about an hour in the fridge.
- Cut the hardened mix in to bars and enjoy!

- Slowly melt chocolate in a double boiler over low heat, stirring with a wooden spoon.
- Lightly spray the molds with non-stick spray.
- Spoon the melted chocolate into the molds and refrigerate until hard.
- Remove the frogs and wrap them in cellophane.
- Repeat until the chocolate is all used.

- Combine both sugars, milk and cocoa into melted butter.
- Boil for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Mix in Rolled oates, coconut and vanilla.

- Cookies turn out best when made on a dry day.

- Print the Template. The first thing you'll need to do is print the images from the zip file onto a sheet of card stock paper. Print the front of the box on one side, flip the paper over, put it back in the printer, and print the star pattern on the other side.
- Cut the Template Out. Next, cut out the template. Follow the lines as closely as you can, making sure to not leave any white around the edges. There are small tabs that you can safely cut off.
- Fold and Crease. Now you'll want to fold the flaps and make creases in the bottom side of the box. You will basically want to fold and crease the box everywhere you see the borders with the small circle patterns.
- Apply Double Sided Tape. Apply strips of double sided tape around the inside of the box as shown in the images above. You'll want to add small pieces of tape to the little triangle folds in the corners of the box as well, and a couple of thin strips to the top of the box.
- Fold Again. Fold in the small triangular corners and crease them. You will want to push them against the edges of the double sided tape you applied to the inside of the box and then pinch them so that the smaller pieces of tape you applied to the corners hold them closed (See the first and second image above).
