DIAMOND BARS
You'll need just seven basic ingredients to stir up a batch of these delicious diamond-shaped bars. "They're simple to fix for a bake sale or when your kids want a snack," says Lois Lipker of Ormand Beach, Florida.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg yolks. Gradually add flour until blended., Spread into a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake at 325° for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown., Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake 1 minute longer or until chips are melted. Spread chocolate over crust. Sprinkle with walnuts and coconut. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into diamond shapes.

CHOCOLATE CHIP TOFFEE MILLERBARS

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour and brown sugar.
- Cut in the butter until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add the egg and mix well.
- Stir in 1 1/2 cups of the chocolate chips.
- Reserve 1 1/2 cups of the crumb mixture, and press the rest into the greased pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Pour the condensed milk evenly over the hot crumb crust.
- Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups of toffee bits.
- Sprinkle with the remaining crumb crust mixture and the other 1/2 cup of chocolate chips over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the rest of the toffee bits (1/4 cup).
- Cool on a wire rack and cut into bars.
- Bless Miller with every bite!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil.
- In a medium bowl, combine crumbs and butter, mix well and press into prepared pan. Pour Eagle Brand over crumbs. Top with toffee bits, chocolate chips and nuts. Press down firmly. Bake 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cool well before cutting. Remove from pan, peel off foil. Cut into bars.
- Store at room temperature.

- Mix sugars, butter and shortening until light and fluffy. Mix in egg and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stir in chocolate chips and brickle chips.
- Drop dough by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Make 9-10 minutes until lightly brown.

Allow chocolate to melt slightly (2 to 3) minutes. Spread chocolate over bars; sprinkle with pecans. Cool completely. Cut into diamond-shaped bars.
