Chipped Ham Sandwich Food

CHIPPED HAM SANDWICH

Steps:

• Add ketchup, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and vinegar to a saucepan and mix well.
• Slice ham as thinly as possible.
• Add to sauce.
• Heat on medium high heat and mix frequently until boiling.
• Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently as flavors mingle and mixture heats.
• Serve immediately on buns.

HOT CHIPPED HAM SANDWICHES

Steps:

• Heat chipped ham and chili sauce in skillet until heated thru.
• Place on sandwich buns to serve. Serve with a salad.

HOT HAM AND SWISS CHEESE SANDWICHES

Steps:

• Melt together butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and onion in small saucepan over low heat.
• Spread sauce on rolls.
• Layer ham and cheese on rolls.
• Wrap rolls in metal foil.
• Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes or until cheese melts.
• Can be baked from frozen state by increasing baking time to 45 minutes.

PITTSBURGH CHIPPED HAM BARBECUES

Steps:

• In a large saucepan, combine the ketchup, water, brown sugar, cider vinegar, sweet pickle relish and Worcestershire sauce. Season with cinnamon, black pepper, garlic salt and liquid smoke. Bring to a simmer over low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
• Shred the ham and stir into the mixture. Simmer longer if desired, then serve hot on hamburger buns. The mixture can also be frozen.

BARBECUE CHIPPED HAM SANDWICH

Steps:

• Except for the meat, put all the ingredients in a pan and mix them all together low heat.
• Once mixed, add the meat and simmer for 20 minutes.
• Serve on hard crusted rolls.
