- Peel and wash 6 cloves of garlic. Then, pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into a pot. Put the garlic and stir fry until it turns golden brown.
- After that, put the washed yin choy red Chinese spinach into the pot. Pour 4 cups of water. Then, cover the lid for 2-3 minutes.
- Next, open the lid and flip the yin choy on the other side and cover another 2-3 minutes. Or until it's soft. Then, add ¼ teaspoon of salt and stir it well. (Remember to add salt to your taste.)
