Ingredients

4 slices ciabatta, loaf (cut on am angle to make the pieces larger)
8 spring onions, finely sliced
3 1/2 ounces cherry tomatoes, quartered
3 1/2 ounces gruyere cheese, grated
1 tablespoon dried chili pepper flakes
splash Worcestershire sauce
salt & freshly ground black pepper
green salad, to serve

Steps:

Heat grill to high, put the bread onto baking sheets, then grill until just golden on both sides.
Mix the onions, tomatoes, cheese and chilli flakes in a bowl, then scoop out the toast.
Shake over a little Worcestershire sauce and grill again until golden and melsted.
Serve with a salad.
Enjoy!

Top the bread with half the cheese, then spoon the veggies on top, and top with another layer of cheese. Place under the grill/broil until the cheese is melted and slightly golden. Serve immediately.
