- For the barbecue Sauce: Combine ghee, lemon juice, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, mustard powder, tomato sauce and water in a pan and cook on low heat till it is slightly thick.
- For the Cutlets: Mix the mashed paneer, potatoes, soft bread, chopped capsicums, green chilies, coriander leaves, salt, pepper and cornflour and divide the mixture into large steak-shaped cutlets. Set aside.
- At the time of serving, steam the vegetables of your choice and keep them hot.
- Keep the sizzler plate on very high heat. Now fry the cutlets till they turn golden brown. Put 1 teaspoons of butter on the sizzler plate. Arrange the cutlets and cooked vegetables around it. Pour barbecue sauce on the cutlets and serve hot.

- Mix together the cottage cheese, 1 tsp salt, egg, corn flour, garlic, ginger and enough water to have the pieces coated with the mixture.
- Heat the oil, and fry cottage cheese pieces over high heat to a golden color.
- Heat 2 tbsp of the oil in a wok, and stir fry the onions in it over high heat till they look wet.
- Add the green chillies and stir a few times, add the remaindered salt, soya sauce, vinegar, Ajino Moto and the cheese.
- Mix well, and serve garnished with some greens.

- Heat a pan and roast paneer till it is golden brown. Remove from pan and keep aside. Then, add cauliflower, onion, carrots, green beans, salt, pepper and saute them for a few minutes on high flame. Then add tomato and corn and saute till all vegetables are done. They should not be overcooked and still be crunchy.
- Place a pan over low heat, add garlic and saute until it is light brown. Add chopped vegetables like onion, carrot, green beans, green chilli and fry for 3-4 minutes. Add tomato puree, sugar, salt and cook for another 3-4 minutes over low heat. In a small bowl, make a mixture of cornflour and 2 tbsp water. Add this mixture to the pan and when the sauce thickens, turn off the flame, garnish with spring onions.
- Heat the sizzler pan and grease it with butter. Line the pan with cabbage leaves while it heats over low heat. Arrange paneer and roasted vegetables. Then, pour the chilli garlic sauce over it and switch off the stove. Add melted butter to the sides of the sizzler pan to give it a smoky effect. Serve the sizzler. You can also make rice with it.
