- In a large saucepan, cook pasta according to package directions, adding broccoli during the last 2 minutes of cooking; drain., Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk flour and broth until smooth. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat; stir in broth mixture. Add half-and-half. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 1 minute or until thickened. Add process cheese, seasoning blend and salt; stir until smooth., Add chicken and pasta mixture; heat through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; sprinkle with cheddar cheese. - In a large skillet, place the chicken breasts and cook on medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side until done. Dice into small chunks and place back into the skillet.
- In a large pot, boil the pasta under tender and drain. Place into the skillet with the chicken.
- In the same pot, boil the broccoli until it is no longer frozen. Place into the skillet with the chicken and pasta.
- Stir in the homemade cream of chicken condensed soup and mix everything together. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
- Add the shredded cheese on top and broil high under the cheese has melted.

- Preheat oven to broil with oven rack 6 inches from heat. Heat a 12-inch ovenproof skillet over medium. Add bacon, and cook, stirring often, until crisp, about 10 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer bacon to a plate lined with paper towels, reserving 2 tablespoons bacon drippings in skillet.
- Add butter and garlic to hot drippings in skillet. Cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 1 minute. Whisk in flour, and cook, whisking constantly, 2 minutes. - Remove from heat; stir in cheeses until smooth. Stir in cooked pasta, chicken, peppers, and half the reserved bacon. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Broil in preheated oven until lightly toasted, 1 to 2 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining bacon.

- Cook the Chicken: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, cubed chicken breasts, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the onion becomes translucent and the chicken browns slightly.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and spray 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a large pot, add stock and bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 5-6 minutes or al dente, stirring occasionally. Do not drain.
- In a small bowl, whisk together milk and cornstarch and add to the pot with pasta along with garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, red pepper flakes and black pepper. Cook for a few minutes until thickened, stirring once or twice.

- Boil pasta in 6 quarts of water for 8 to 10 minutes. (The pasta will be slightly undercooked). Drain, and set aside. Do NOT rinse.
- Heat the oil on medium high in a pot large enough to hold the 1 pound of cooked pasta, then add the chicken pieces. Cook for 2 minutes, turning the chicken to brown evenly on all sides.
- Add the diced onion, and cook for 2 more minutes. Stir in the chopped garlic, basil and oregano and cook for 1 minute. Season with salt and sugar, then pour in the red wine. Bring to a simmer, and reduce the liquid by half.
- Toss in the diced tomatoes, and return to a simmer. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Add the chopped broccoli, and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
- Mix in the pasta, and cook until the pasta reaches your preferred doness. Finish by mixing in the parmeasan cheese and taste for salt.

- HEAT oven to 350°F Coat 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with no-stick cooking spray.
- HEAT oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook and stir until tender. Add chicken. Cook and stir just until chicken is no longer pink in center. - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large stockpot or Dutch oven, heat butter over medium until melted.
- Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and bouillon to the butter and saute for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Whisk in water and the half and half cream.
- Dissolve 4 tablespoons cornstarch in 4 tablespoons of water to make a slurry, and then whisk this slurry into the filling mixture in the pot.
