Here's an impressive-looking dish that's a snap to prepare. Even when my cooking time is limited, I can still serve this delicious crescent wreath. The red pepper and green broccoli add a festive touch. -Marlene Denissen, St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place chicken in a large bowl. Microwave frozen cheesy rice & broccoli according to package directions, then add to the chicken. Mix in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Open one can of Pillsbury™ Crescent dough, unroll and split into two long pieces, then pinch all of the diagonal perforations together. Lay crescent dough on a large, parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza pan, in a large round wreath shape (with open center). Gently press the dough flat as needed.
- Spoon chicken mixture on top of crescent dough round, using clean hand to form the filling into a little mound all the way around the crescent dough. Leave about 1/4 inch of dough showing on edges of ring.
- Open the second can of crescent dough. Unroll, split into two long pieces, and pinch the diagonal perforations together as before. Gently lay the long strips of crescent dough over the filling, then pinch the edges of the bottom crescent dough and top crescent dough together on both sides.
- Brush milk over the top of the crescent dough. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 18-24 minutes, or just until the crescent dough is golden brown. Remove from oven, top with tomatoes and a bunch of parsley for a holiday flair. Serve, slice & enjoy!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Add the broccoli, oil, crushed red pepper, garlic and 2/3 cup water to a large skillet and stir until combined. Cover and bring to a boil. Let the broccoli steam until bright green and just crisp tender, about 3 minutes. Remove the lid and let the water continue to boil until it is completely evaporated, 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper and transfer to a medium bowl. Let cool slightly, about 15 minutes. Stir the cream cheese.
- Coat the back of a baking sheet with cooking spray. Unroll both cans of crescent dough and separate unto 16 triangles. Put a 5-inch ramekin in the center of the prepared baking sheet. Arrange the triangles in a ring around the ramekin so the short sides of the dough are touching the ramekin, overlapping slightly, and the pointed ends are facing outward (it should look like a giant sun).
- Spoon the broccoli mixture over the short ends of the triangles closest to the ramekin. Cover the broccoli with the cheese slices and remove the ramekin. Take hold of the pointed end of one of the triangles and fold it up and over the filling, tucking the tip under the bottom edge of dough to secure (the dough will not cover the filling completely). Repeat with the remaining triangles (there will be some gaps where you can see the broccoli mixture).
- Bake until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 25 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes. Use a spatula to slide the ring off the baking sheet onto a platter. Serve with Ranch dressing for dipping.

CHICKEN, BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CRESCENT WREATH
This is my neighbor's very simple, but good take off on a Pampered Chef recipe, using their large round stone. I have made this quite a few times since she shared her version with me. I have guessed at the amounts and you can too. It is very easy to eyeball. If you have mix left over, it is even good cooked in a small casserole without the rolls.

- Chop the chicken and broccoli with the food chopper, and mix all your ingredients while popping open your cans of dough.
- You'll want to use the Baker's Roller to smoosh the creases together to lay the mixture upon. The triangles in the center will be overlapped and look a little crazy, but that's alright, though.
