Cheesy Shredded Chicken Bites Food

CHEESY CHICKEN BITES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees
• Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray
• Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and season with salt and pepper
• Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk cream, milk, or half and half into it with a fork
• In a food processor, crush up the Cheez-It Grooves until they are fine, but not to powder
• Dip chicken in egg mixture then crushed Cheez-It Groves, until well coated
• Place on baking sheet with some space between each piece
• Bake for 10-12 minutes
• Remove from oven, use a toothpick to skewer a Cheez-It Crunch'D and then put into each chicken bite!

GARLIC BUTTER CHICKEN BITES

Steps:

• Preheat a 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
• Dab chicken on all sides dry with paper towels.
• Sprinkle flour, Italian seasoning, and desired amount of salt and pepper (I use about 3/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper) over chicken. Toss well to evenly coat (all flour should stick to chicken and not be left behind on cutting board, keep tossing if needed).
• Add 1 Tbsp olive oil and 1 Tbsp butter to skillet, butter should melt quickly. Tilt pan to evenly coat.
• Add chicken in an even layer, work to leave some space between pieces so they'll brown rather than steam.
• Let cook until nicely golden brown on bottom, about 3 minutes then flip to opposite side and cook 2 minutes longer, or until nearly cooked through.
• Add remaining 2 Tbsp butter in small pieces, along with garlic and parsley. Cook 1 minute longer (chicken should be 165 in center and no longer be pink).
• Serve right away.

CHEESY SHREDDED CHICKEN BITES

Steps:

• Place Swanson White Premium Chunk Chicken Breast into a medium, microwave safe bowl. Shred (I use a pastry blender to shred but you can also just use a fork).
• Add cream cheese, creole seasoning, chili powder, Italian seasoning and Kosher salt to the chicken. Stir together until blended.
• Place in a microwave for 2-3 minutes (until heated through), stopping half way through to stir.
• Remove bowl from the microwave and add shredded cheddar cheese. Stir together until well blended.
• Place 1 tablespoon cheesy chicken mixture onto a cracker. Top with freshly cracked black pepper.
• Serve warm or cold. If serving cold, place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

CHEESY CHICKEN BITES

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350.
• Cut chicken breasts into bite size chunks.
• Crush crackers until they are roughly the consistency of breadcrumbs.
• Stir in cheese, chili powder and cayenne pepper.
• Roll chicken pieces in beaten egg and then in cracker crumbs.
• Place on a cookie sheet lines with parchment paper.
• Bake for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
• Serve with honey mustard or ranch.
