SUNNY DECK DRINK ESSENTIALS: GIN RICKEY
Here is one adult beverage that goes down nice and smooth on a warm Summer's Day. Easy to make... easy to drink. So, you ready... Let's get into the kitchen.

Steps:
- 1. PREP/PREPARE
- 2. All your ingredients should be cold, so stick them in the fridge for an hour or so before making this drink.
- 3. Gather your ingredients (mise en place).
- 4. Add some cracked ice to a cocktail shaker, then the gin and lime juice. Shake four or five times.
- 5. PLATE/PRESENT
- 6. Divide between two glasses, add the club soda, and garnish with a lime slice. Enjoy.
- 7. Keep the faith, and keep cooking.
