SAUSAGE AND EGG BREAKFAST TACOS RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:
- Layer the potatoes on the bottom of a greased slow cooker.
- Add the sausage, green bell peppers, onion, and spinach.
- In a large bowl or measuring cup whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and milk.
- Pour egg mixture over the potatoes, sausage, and vegetables. Top with cheddar cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours
- Carefully remove lid and serve filling on a tortilla and add salsa.
- Enjoy!

SAUSAGE AND EGG BREAKFAST TACOS
Sausage and Egg Breakfast Tacos are a fun and easy breakfast recipe. These breakfast tacos are made in Old El Paso tortilla bowls and loaded with eggs, maple breakfast sausage, cheddar cheese, sweet bell peppers and bacon.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Heat a large frying pan on the stove over medium-high heat and add a dab of butter or margarine to the pan.
- Chop the precooked sausages into bite size pieces.
- Pour the diced onions and chopped sausages into the heat frying pan. Cook until the onions start to brown then reduce heat to medium.
- Crack the eggs into a small mixing bowl and use a fork to beat them well.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the frying pan and cook the egg stirring frequently and gently scraping the bottom of the pan.
- While the eggs are cooking season them with the salt, pepper and onion powder.
- Once the eggs are completely cooked, remove the pan from the heat.
- Place the taco bowls on a greased baking sheet.
- Spoon the egg and sausage mixture into the taco bowls.
- Take one cup of the shredded cheese and sprinkle it over the eggs.
- Sprinkle the diced bell peppers and bacon bits on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining cup of cheese over the peppers and bacon.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the tacos until the shells start to brown. 8-10 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!

CHEESY SAUSAGE EGG BREAKFAST TACOS

Steps:
- In a large frying pan, cook sausage until there is no pink and cooked thoroughly. Drain grease and add sausage to a medium oven safe bowl. Place in 170° oven to keep warm.
- In another frying pan, add about 1/4" of oil in bottom of pan. Heat over medium flame and once oil is hot, gently place potatoes and onions into pan. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Cook until potatoes are done and golden brown.
- Fry up the corn tortillas and place on a plate lined with paper towels and place in the oven until ready to fill.
- In the frying pan the sausage was cooked in, add eggs and scramble until done.
- To assemble the breakfast tacos, add a spoonful of potatoes in the bottom of the tortilla, followed by sausage, Jack cheese, scrambled eggs, Pepper Jack cheese then top with sour cream, avocados and tomatoes.

Steps:
- 1. Brown the sausage, crumbling it as it cooks. Drain off the grease.
- 2. Beat the eggs well. Pour into the skillet with the sausage.
- 3. Cook stirring often until the eggs are done.
- 4. Divide the sausage mixture evenly between the 6 torlillas, placing it in the center of each.
- 5. Sprinlke each with cheese. Add picante sauce if desired.
- 6. Roll each taco. Serve warm.
BREAKFAST TACOS

- Gently mix black beans, avocado, pico de gallo and lime juice; set aside. In a large cast-iron or other heavy skillet, cook potatoes and crumble sausage over medium heat until sausage is no longer pink and potatoes are tender, 6-8 minutes., Whisk together eggs and milk. Pour into skillet; cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are thickened and no liquid egg remains. Stir in cheese. Spoon egg mixture into tortillas; top with black bean mixture. If desired, serve with sour cream, cilantro and additional pico de gallo.

Saute the onion, green pepper and mushrooms in drippings until tender., In another skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add eggs; cook and stir until set., Divide sausage mixture among tortillas; top with eggs and cheese. Fold bottom of tortilla over filling and roll up. Serve with salsa if desired.

BAKED SAUSAGE AND CHEESE BREAKFAST TAQUITOS
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Preheat the oven to 425 F.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper .
- Add the olive oil and breakfast sausage to a skillet, brown the sausage until almost completely cooked. Add the red and green bell peppers and onion along with salt. Allow them peppers and onions cook for a few minutes, until they are slightly softened, stirring frequently.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the taco seasoning and hot sauce to the eggs.
- Gently pour the beaten eggs over the sausage and pepper mixture while the pan is on medium heat. Cook until eggs are soft, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Make sure not to overcook them!
- Microwave the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds or until they are soft and pliable. Make sure the tortillas are fresh so they will not crack when you roll them.
- Divide the filling between the tortillas. Sprinkle each with an equal amount of cheese. Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam side down on the baking sheet.
- Spray each tortilla lightly with cooking spray and add a sprinkle of salt.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow them to cool slightly.
- Serve with salsa and sour cream.
