Steps:
- Mix together all the ingredients except the olives.
- It will be a thick mixture.
- Drain at least 48 stuffed green olives.
- Wrap approximately 1 teaspoon of the cheese mixture around each olive, to completely cover it.
- Flash freeze covered olives at least 20 minutes.
- Store in a freezer bag until ready to serve.
- Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 400F for about 15 minutes.

A super quick appetizer or sandwich for olive lovers. This takes about 10 minutes to throw together and 7 minutes to bake. The recipe is from TOH, my friends and family love it. Sometimes I like to toast English Muffins and serve this as a sandwich. You can substitute the olives to green and it is still delicious.

CHEESY OLIVE GARLIC BREAD
I love Muffeletta mix.It comes in a jar and it is a mix of different olives, onions and peppers. It is more like a Olive Salad. Just ask your grocer. I tried Lexies Patio Bread and it was wonderful. I thought why not the Olive Muffeletta Mix. So I tried it and my DH loved it. I put a slice of bacon on one half, he loved the flavour. Use the bacon for your own preference.
