Steps:
- Combine the cheese, olives and onion. Spread over muffin halves. Broil 4 in. from the heat for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve immediately.

CHEESY OLIVE APPETIZERS
These became popular in the '60's and are still good today. Bet you can't eat just one! Prep time includes 20 minutes of flash freezing.

Steps:
- Mix together all the ingredients except the olives.
- It will be a thick mixture.
- Drain at least 48 stuffed green olives.
- Wrap approximately 1 teaspoon of the cheese mixture around each olive, to completely cover it.
- Flash freeze covered olives at least 20 minutes.
- Store in a freezer bag until ready to serve.
- Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 400F for about 15 minutes.
CHEESY OLIVE SNACKS
A super quick appetizer or sandwich for olive lovers. This takes about 10 minutes to throw together and 7 minutes to bake. The recipe is from TOH, my friends and family love it. Sometimes I like to toast English Muffins and serve this as a sandwich. You can substitute the olives to green and it is still delicious.

- Mix well.
- Spread on crackers and place on ungreased baking sheet. If using bagels or English Muffins, toast them first to crisp them.

- Spread mixture on each slice of bread.
- set broiler at 550.
- broil at least 4-5 inches from heat for about 1-2 minutes.

CHEESY OLIVE GARLIC BREAD
I love Muffeletta mix.It comes in a jar and it is a mix of different olives, onions and peppers. It is more like a Olive Salad. Just ask your grocer. I tried Lexies Patio Bread and it was wonderful. I thought why not the Olive Muffeletta Mix. So I tried it and my DH loved it. I put a slice of bacon on one half, he loved the flavour. Use the bacon for your own preference.
