1 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 16 oz jar Mild Pace Salsa
1 lb hamburger
1 lb Hot Jimmy Dean Sausage

Steps:

  • In a large skillet fry hamburger and sausage until cooked through, drain grease.
  • Mix all ingredients together in large crock pot.
  • Cook on low for 2-3 hours or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve with tortilla chips

1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion (finely diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
8 ounces Cabot Cream Cheese (softened)
½ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons ketchup (or barbecue sauce)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons dill pickle juice
2 cups Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar Cheese (divided)
8 slices bacon (fried crisp and chopped)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Brown ground beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until no pink remains. Drain any fat.
  • Combine cream cheese, sour cream, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, smoke paprika, dill pickle juice and Dijon mustard with a hand mixer until fluffy.
  • Fold ground beef, 1 ½ cups Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar Cheese and half of the bacon.
  • Spread into a 9" pie plate or casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and bacon. Bake 18-21 minutes or until melted and bubbly. Broil if desired.

1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
½ cup long grain white rice
¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Crumble the ground beef into a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir until evenly browned. Drain off grease, and stir in the cream of mushroom soup, tomatoes, and uncooked rice. Cover, and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, until rice is cooked, about 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven's broiler. When the rice is done cooking, transfer the contents of the skillet to a casserole dish. Cover with a layer of cheese.
  • Broil until the cheese is melted and toasty. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and enjoy!

1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 pound lean ground beef ((We used 93/7.))
½ cup white onion (finely chopped)
2 ¼ cups beef broth
½ cup white rice (uncooked (long grain, jasmine, or basmati))
¼ cup tomato paste
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
¼ teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon oregano
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 ½ cups cheddar cheese (shredded)

Steps:

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add the oil, ground beef, and onions. Cook the ground beef until no pinks remain. Drain excess grease, and return to the pan.
  • Stir in the broth, rice, tomato paste, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, cumin, oregano, and pepper. Bring the ingredients to a boil, cover, and reduce the heat to simmer.
  • Continue to cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until the rice is tender and cooked to the desired consistency.

1 cup white rice
1 cup water
1 pound ground beef
3 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed tomato soup
3 tablespoons chili powder
8 slices processed cheese food (such as Velveeta®)

Steps:

  • Bring the rice and water to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover, and simmer until the rice is tender and the liquid has been absorbed, 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 1-quart baking dish.
  • While the rice is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and stir in the ground beef. Cook and stir until the beef is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink. Drain and discard any excess grease. Stir in the condensed tomato soup and chili powder; cook until heated through.
  • Spread 1/3 of the rice into the bottom of the prepared baking dish and cover with 1/3 of the ground beef mixture. Place 2 slices of processed cheese over the meat, then cover with 2 more layers of rice and meat. Arrange the remaining 6 slices of cheese over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the casserole has heated through and the cheese is bubbly and browned, about 20 minutes.

1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
½ cup water
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 cups cooked brown rice, warmed

Steps:

  • Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir hamburger, bell pepper, and onion in the hot skillet until meat is browned and vegetables are soft, 5 to 7 minutes. Add garlic; cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Drain and discard grease.

I am editing the name of this recipe as many people emailed me that it was offensive. First off, my cousin named it and I continued with the name as he was killed in 1999. The former name was "Puke Dip" and I do apologize to those it offended but it is JUST a name. I have now changed it and hope people still enjoy this tasty, cheesy, dip that is perfect for game day. 1 lb hamburger
1 lb Velveeta cheese
1 small onion
2 dashes hot sauce, I prefer Frank's Red Hot
4 ounces salsa (optional)
1 dash milk

Steps:

  • Chop the onion and fry with the hamburger.
  • In another pot mix the velveeta and the splash of milk and let the cheese melt down.
  • Add the hot sauce, milk and salsa, if using.
  • Make sure you stir it often so the cheese doesn't burn!
  • Drain the meat and dump into a crock pot.
  • Then add the cheese.
  • Mix well and cook on high setting for about 45 minutes.
  • Turn setting to low and enjoy!
