- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a medium baking dish with 1/4 cup melted butter.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In a separate bowl, beat together the egg and milk. In a third bowl, mix the cheese, bread crumbs, cereal. Dredge chicken pieces in the flour mixture, dip in the egg mixture, then press in the breadcrumb mixture to coat. Arrange in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle 2 tablespoons butter evenly over chicken.
- Bake 35 minutes in the preheated oven, or until coating is golden brown and chicken juices run clear.

BAKED CHEESY CHICKEN BREASTS
Cheesy chicken breasts have two kinds of cheese and a crunchy breadcrumb exterior and are baked in the oven for an easy weeknight family dinner!

- Preheat the oven to 350. Spray a 9x12 casserole dish (or similar 3-quart casserole dish) with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a low, shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs and both cheeses.
- In a small pan, melt the butter over medium-low heat. (Or microwave it in a small microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute, until melted.) Add the onion powder and garlic powder and mix well. Transfer to a second low, shallow dish.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides. Dip each chicken breast in the butter mixture to coat all sides then press into the cheesy breadcrumb mixture. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle some of the extra breadcrumbs over the chicken and press down to help it adhere. Drizzle some of the extra butter mixture over top of the chicken.
- Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through. (It will depend on the size of your chicken breasts. I recommend using a digital thermometer.)
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- Mix the milk and mustard in a bowl. Mix the cheese with the flour and chives on a plate.
- Dip the chicken in the wet mixture coating evenly. Use a pastry brush if needed.
- Dip chicken into cheese mixture pressing to coat them evenly.
- Place on a cookie sheet and top with any spare cheese mixture.
- Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Goes wonderfully with any side dish.

CHEESY HASSELBACK CHICKEN

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Make 8 crosswise cuts along each chicken breast, slicing two-thirds of the way through (be careful not to cut all the way through; see Cook's Note). Transfer the breasts to a 9-by-13-inch baking dish and pour the Italian Herb & Garlic Dressing over them.
- Fill the first slit on each breast with 1 half-moon slice of fresh tomato and a couple pieces of sun-dried tomato. Fill the next slit with 1 piece of cheese. Fill the remaining slits on each breast, alternating between the tomatoes and cheese.
- Bake until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear, 25 to 30 minutes. Serve warm with a green salad.

- In a bowl combine oil and garlic and let set for 15minutes.
- In a bowl combine breadcrumbs, pepper, salt and paprika. Stir well.
- Add parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese and parsley to the breadcrumb mixture and stir well to combine.
- Dip chicken breast into oil to coat on both sides, then dip into crumb mixture coating well on both sides. Place chicken breast on greased baking dish.
- Repeat with all chicken breasts.
- Drizzle remaining oil over chicken breasts.
- Bake at 400° for 35 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes before serving.

- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a casserole dish with tin foil this will help with the clean up afterwards lightly grease it.In small sauté pan, sauté garlic with the oil until tender. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar and teaspoon of salt. Place chicken breasts in a prepared baking dish and cover with 3/4 of the garlic and brown sugar mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Within the last 10 minutes before removing it out of the oven put cheese on top then put the remaining brown sugar and garlic mixture on top of the cheese and let bake 10 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.
