TRUE CHEESEBURGER PIZZA
This is a unique twist on two favorites: pizza and cheeseburgers! It is super fast to make, and you can easily add your favorite burger toppings such as lettuce and tomato. This is a family favorite and disappears fast!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef, salt, and pepper in the hot skillet until meat is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.
- Mix ketchup and mustard in a bowl; spread mixture over pizza crust. Spread mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese over ketchup mixture and top with beef and onions. Transfer pizza to a large baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted, about 20 minutes. Top with pickles and allow pizza to cool for 5 minutes. Top with shredded lettuce and tomatoes before slicing and serving.

- Heat a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease. Add diced potatoes and onion; cook and stir until onion is tender, 5 to 10 minutes.
- Mix milk, processed cheese food, and Cheddar cheese into beef mixture; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring often, until heated through and cheese is melted, 15 to 20 minutes; season with pepper. Add mashed potatoes for a thicker chowder; cook until heated through and thickened, about 5 minutes.

CHEESEBURGER PIZZA
Another recipe from the morning news. I think this one belongs to the lady who stars in the show since there is no other credit for it. My kids LOVED this and next to me, they are the pickiest eaters ever. I used the Boboli thin style crust and colby cheese (our preference). ** As stated in reviews, this makes quite a bit for 1 crust. It would be best to use 2 crusts or half the recipe.

- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Brown meat in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Add ketchup, relish, mustard and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Cook 3 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring frequently.
- Spread meat mixture onto pizza crusts; top with cheese and onions.
- Bake 10 to 15 min. or until edges of crusts are golden brown and cheese is melted.

- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Coat a 16- x 12-inch rimmed baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Roll out the pizza crust dough and pat it down, shaping it so that it fits right up to the edges of the pan. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce oven temperature to 400 degrees F.
- Meanwhile, coat a large frying pan with non-stick cooking spray. Cook the ground beef over medium heat, crushing it against the pan with a large spoon, until fully cooked and no pink remains. Drain as much of the grease from the pan as possible. Return the pan to the stove and add salt and pepper to taste. Add onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Add barbecue sauce. Combine well and allow to simmer for about 5 minutes over low heat. Remove from heat.
- Pour the pizza sauce on to the parbaked crust, spreading it to the edges with a pastry brush or the back of a spoon. Spoon the cooked beef mixture evenly over the top. Tear the slices of mozzarella into small pieces and place evenly over the beef mixture. Sprinkle with the cheddar cheese.
- Bake in a 400 degree F oven for about 15 minutes or till cheeses are melted and bubbly. Remove from oven and allow to sit for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
