This is a wonderful dip for your next party, or it is also good served on baked potatoes. Just add a salad and you have dinner done! Every time I make it for a party I get rave reviews and am always asked for the recipe.

1 (15 ounce) can chili, without beans
1 (4 ounce) can chopped black olives
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
1 (1 lb) package Velveeta Mexican cheese
1 large chopped onion

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients and heat on stove or in microwave until cheese is melted and ingredients are well blended.
  • Serve with corn chips.

This recipe is very popular in our family. when the garden starts producing cucumbers, we prepare this easy, yummy salad/dip!!! We've been making it for so long, no one remembers where we found it. It can easily be made healthier by using fat free mayo and dressing and splenda. Everyone gets to enjoy it!!!

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup buttermilk ranch dressing
1/2 cup sugar
sliced cucumber

Steps:

  • Mix mayo, ranch dressing and sugar. slice cucumbers and combine with the dip. refrigerate for at least an hour if you can wait that long, enjoy.
