- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter or margarine, and cinnamon until well blended . Press mixture into an 8 or 9 inch pie plate.
- Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 7 minutes. Cool. If recipe calls for unbaked pie shell, just chill for about 1 hour.

PRETZEL PIE CRUST RECIPE
A simple 3 ingredient sweet and salty pie crust great for filling with your favorite fruit, chocolate or peanut butter pie!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease pie dish.
- Crush pretzels until fine in a food processor or by hand using a sealed bag and a mallet.
- In a medium mixing bowl, melt butter.
- Fold pretzels and brown sugar into the melted butter.
- Transfer to pie dish. Press using a measuring cup or drinking glass pushing the base of the crust to create a slight wall.
- Bake 10 minutes. Cool before filling.

- In a medium bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and salt, ensuring no lumps of brown sugar remain.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the graham cracker mixture and toss to combine with a fork, ensuring that the mixture is evenly moistened.
- Press the crust mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate, 9-inch or 10-inch springform pan and pack tightly using the back of a measuring cup.
- If using in a no-bake recipe, place the pan in the freezer for at least 15 minutes while you prepare the filling and proceed with the recipe.
- If the graham cracker crust needs to be pre-baked, bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, then proceed with the recipe as written.

- Pulverize graham crackers in food processor until finely ground into crumbs (skip this step if starting with graham cracker crumbs).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and sugars in a medium-sized bowl. Add melted butter and use a fork to combine ingredients well.
