Steps:
- Beat first 14 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in pecans. Spoon evenly into 2 greased and floured 9- X 5- inch loafpans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until a wooden pick in center comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire racks 10 minutes; remove from pans, and cool completely on rakcs.
