50 ml whiskey (preferably Penderyn or other Welsh whiskey)
15 ml orgeat syrup (almond syrup)
15 ml creme raspberry liqueur (Creme de Frambois)
10 ml gomme syrup or 10 ml simple syrup
25 ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
mint

Steps:

Shake over ice. Serve in rocks glass (tumbler) with a lime wedge and sprig of mint.
