ALL BRAN COOKIES
One serving is for two cookies. These are so good and healthy. Cooking time includes the refrigeration time.

Steps:
- Stir together flour, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside.
- In large mixing bowl beat together butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until thoroughly mixed.
- Add egg, milk and vanilla. Beat well.
- Stir in ALL-BRAN cereal and flour mixture, mixing until combined.
- Shape dough into two 10 1/2-inch-long rolls.
- Wrap in plastic wrap, covering ends carefully.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Slice cookie rolls about 1/4 inch thick and place on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 375° F about 9 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from baking sheets and cool on wire racks.
- Store in airtight container.

I made these "healthier" cookies a lot when my kids were small. I am so glad I found it again in my recipe collection. It makes 16 LARGE cookies. This is an "original" Kellogg's recipe. I hope you enjoy it!.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325*. Stir cereal, flours and baking soda together and set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat margarine and both sugars together until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and beat well.
- Stir in the dry ingredients (cereal-flour mixture), mixing thoroughly.
- Drop by level 1/4 cup measure onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 325* for 12-14 minutes, until lightly brown.
- Cool and wrap individaully (for on-the-go eating!).

- Combine the cereal, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon into a large bowl and whisk together. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl whisk together the buttermilk, oil, egg, and vanilla. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir to blend well. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 12 hours. The batter will become very thick.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line your muffin tin with 10 paper liners and set aside.
- Divide the batter evenly among the liners, filling them completely. Sprinkle with the turbinado sugar.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool in tin for 2 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
