- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit the bottom of a loaf pan. Put it in the bottom of the pan and spray it with cooking spray. Pour in the batter and cover it loosely with foil. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil, then bake for another 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out almost clean (moist crumbs are fine). Cool completely, then slice and serve.

- In four batches, process the orange juice, milk, sherbet and bananas in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses. Cut a hole in the corner of a pastry or plastic bag; fill with whipped topping. Pipe a ghost shape on top of each beverage. Position chocolate chips for eyes.

BANANAS FOSTER
Steps:
- Melt butter in a 10-inch heavy skillet over low heat. Add brown sugar, allspice and nutmeg and stir until sugar dissolves. Add banana liqueur and bring sauce to simmer. Add bananas and cook for 1 minute on each side, carefully spooning sauce over bananas as they are cooking. Remove bananas from pan to a serving dish. Bring sauce to a simmer and carefully add the rum. If the sauce is very hot, the alcohol will flame on its own. If not, using stick flame, carefully ignite and continue cooking until flame dies out, approximately 1 to 2 minutes. If sauce is too thin, cook for 1 to 2 minutes until it is syrupy in consistency. Add orange zest and stir to combine. Immediately spoon the sauce over bananas and serve. Serve with waffles, crepes, or ice cream.
CLASSIC BANANAS FOSTER
Steps:
- Peel the bananas and slice them about 1 inch thick on a long bias. Heat the sugar, butter and cinnamon together in a medium skillet over medium heat until bubbling. Add the bananas and stir gently to coat. Add the rum and carefully ignite the alcohol with a stick lighter. Step back and let the alcohol burn off. Continue to cook, stirring gently, until the sauce has thickened a little bit and the bananas are slightly softened, 1 to 2 minutes. Divide the bananas and sauce between 2 small bowls. Top with ice cream and serve immediately.

Steps:
- Bring the coconut creme, sugar, and pandan leaves to boil. Add in the pandan extract and leave to cool. Remove Pandan Leaves.
- Sift the starch and baking powder together.
- Turn on the oven and preheat to 350°F Brush some oil on the pan and heat the pan in the oven for 3-5 minutes. Keep it hot until use.
- Use a fork to stir the eggs. Remember to stir just enough to homogenize the whites and yolks.
- Add in the coconut mixture and give it a few stirs. Then sift in the tapioca mixture. Mix everything together with fork until smooth. Now pour it in the heated pan.
- Bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes, until golden. Turn off oven and let cake sit in there for another minute before taking it out.
- Let it cool for a little before cutting.

- Slit each banana lengthwise through the peel, making sure not to cut all the way through to the other side. Stuff the bananas with marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Wrap each banana in aluminum foil and cook over a fire, on the barbecue, or in a 300 degree oven for 5 minutes, or until chocolate is melted. Eat with a spoon.
