BLT SALAD PIZZA
This recipe is sponsored by Target. I'm a big fan of enjoying pizza with a salad on the side and I usually find myself putting the salad ON TOP of my pizza. For this recipe I bake the crust until nice and crispy so it can hold the salad without getting soggy. Then, I top it with mozzarella and Parmesan, and finish with a simple salad of crispy bacon, ripe tomatoes and fresh greens.

COLD BLT PIZZA
Great snack or appy for parties/get togethers. I use reduced-fat products, but feel free to use the full-fat versions. I recommend using diced grape tomatoes, since larger tomatoes can make to much liquid.

Steps:
- 1. Cook bacon crisp and crumble into pieces. Preheat oven to 425. Add sauce to prepared pizza crust. Top with mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle bacon pieces over the top of cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and nice a bubbly.
- 2. Take pizza out of oven and spread mayo over the top. Add cut lettuce and diced tomatoes.
- 3. I was very reluctant to try this pizza at first. All I could think was mayo on pizza how gross and I'm not a big fan of mayo to begin with, but trust me this is delicious and the mayo is the star of the show.
