DNS SERVER IS NOT RESPONDING - MICROSOFT COMMUNITY
Feb 4, 2011 I do not understand fully what a dns server is by a long way. I was wondering if changing the ip address would help?. I wouldn't know what to change it to, or how it would affect anything. From bing.com
