EASY TO MAKE GIANT COOKIE RECIPE

Steps:

• In large bowl, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
• Slowly add flour, salt, and baking soda, beating until well blended.
• Stir in chocolate chips by hand.
• Spread in greased 14 inch round cake pan. Personally, I like to cover in foil and then grease the foil. It makes removing the cookie cake much easier.
• Bake at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes. Cool cookie in pan on a cooling rack and then remove and place on a pizza pan.
• Decorate and enjoy.

BIG BIRTHDAY COOKIE

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F. Line 12-inch pizza pan with foil with about 2 inches hanging over edge of pan. Grease foil with shortening for easiest pan removal or spray with cooking spray.
• In medium bowl, stir cookie mix, butter and egg until soft dough forms. Spread dough evenly in pan.
• Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool completely in pan on cooling rack, about 30 minutes.
• Remove foil from cookie; place on serving platter. Add food color to frosting as desired. To pipe, use decorating bag or resealable food-storage plastic bag with small corner cut off bag; decorate cookie as desired. Cut into wedges or squares to serve.

BIG CHOCOLATE CHIP BIRTHDAY COOKIE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Spray a 15 inch flat pizza pan or 10 inch springform pan with pan spray to prevent sticking.
• Mix flour, soda and salt, set aside.
• Beat butter and shortening in a large bowl with a mixer on medium speed to just combine.
• mix in sugars; beat with electric mixer until mixture is smooth. Mix in egg and vanilla on low speed until blended thoroughly.
• Add flour mixture, mixing just until incorporated.
• Mix in chocolate chips, stir by hand.
• Using fingers, spread dougn into a 10 inch circle on the pizza or springform pan. Smooth edges.
• If using the pizza pan, bake cookie about 14 minutes, until edges are light brown and center is golden.
• If using the springform pan, bake for about 18 minutes, until evenly light brown. Loosen the edge of the cookie from the pan, cool thoroughly. Remove sides of springform pan.
• Optional: Put spoonfuls of peanut butter on top of the cookie as it's cooling; allow it to 'melt' slightly and then spread around. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, allow those to melt and spread around.

BIRTHDAY COOKIE

Steps:

• Cream butter and sugars.
• Add egg and vanilla.
• Mix on low speed, add dry ingredients.
• Mix well. Stir in Chocolate Chips or M&Ms.
• Spray a 12 inch round pizza pan with Pam and spread cookie dough evenly to the edges.
• Bake at 325 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes, or until light golden brown.
• When cool, decorate as desired.

BIG BIRTHDAY COOKIE CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 16-inch round pizza pan with cooking spray.
• Mix hot water and baking soda together in a small bowl; set aside.
• Cream margarine, brown sugar, and white sugar together. Add pudding mix, eggs, and baking soda mixture; mix until well combined. Slowly mix in flour until smooth. Blend in chocolate chips. Spread in the prepared pizza pan.
• Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 18 to 20 minutes.
