Ingredients

Small handful fresh mint (about 10 leaves)
1 cup ice cubes
Splash simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water, heated until sugar dissolves, cooled)
1/4 cup apple juice
1/3 cup vodka
2 red apple slices, for garnish
2 green apple slices, for garnish

Steps:

In a tall glass, crush the mint leaves with a muddler. Top with the ice, simple syrup, apple juice and vodka. Garnish with red and green apples slices and serve.

1 ounce vodka
1 ounce sour apple liqueur
1 dash lime juice
soda water
1/2 teaspoon sugar syrup
mint leaf

Steps:

In a cocktail shaker, muddle together sugar syrup and some fresh mint leaves.
Add the lime juice, Vodka and Sour Apple Liqueur, stir well together.
Pour into a highball glass half filled with crushed ice.
Top up with soda water.

I was served a one of these delicious cocktails on our last visit to Bonefish Grill. I thought it was so good that I would try recreating it for you! To make it super special, slide a little lime juice over the rim of your glass and dip into sugar! I hope you will enjoy it!

1 1/2 ounces apple rum
12 fresh mint leaves
1/2 lime, juice of
7 ounces carbonated lemon-lime beverage or 7 ounces club soda
2 teaspoons simple syrup or 4 teaspoons sugar
mint sprig

Steps:

Crush mint leaves and lime juice in a tall glass.
Cover with simple syrup and fill glass with ice.
Add rum and lemon lime soda (or club soda), stir well.
Add mint to garnish.
