THE BEST CHEESEBALL
For a slightly spicy cheeseball with lots of zing, try this easy recipe. If you don't care for cilantro, you can roll the ball in shredded Cheddar cheese or fresh chopped parsley.

EASY CHEESE BALL
My mom made this cheeseball every Christmas when I was growing up. It is still one of my favorites! I am not sure of the ranch dressing's envelope size. I don't think it comes in multiple sizes though.

BEST EVER CHEESE BALL
This is the best tasting cheese ball I've ever had. It's actually more along the lines of a dip except that it forms into a ball. The Accent is the ingredient that gives it extra appeal. I serve it when I'm having people over for a party or when I need to bring something to work for a potluck. People are always asking me for the recipe because it's fantastic!

CHEESE BALL
This is a very tasty cheese ball recipe that I got from my cousin. You can make it with lower in fat cheese. I usually use the lower in fat cheese and you can't tell a difference.

THE BEST CHEESEBALL
Super simple and delicious. I made 1 cheeseball, but this recipe makes 4 cheeseballs. Feel free to cut the recipe back if you don't want quite that much delicious cheeseball floating around. I have a friend who makes this for Christmas gifts. Serving size is estimated. Recipe courtesy of My Kitchen Cafe.

Steps:
- Place finely chopped pecans in a shallow dish and set aside.
- In a large bowl (or the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment), mix the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the cheddar cheese and mix until just combined.
- Lightly sprinkle all the seasonings and sauces over the cheese mixture and mix until thoroughly combined.
- With lightly greased hands, portion the cheese mixture into 4 pieces and roll each section into a round ball.
- Coat in pecans.
- The easiest way to do this is to hold the cheeseball in one and and scoop up the pecans and press them onto the cheeseball with the other, turning the cheeseball as you go and letting the excess pecans fall back into the dish (this helps the pecans go farther).
- Cover each cheeseball in saran wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
THE BEST CHEESEBALL EVER
I was skeptical about the pineapple in this recipe, but you really can't tell that's what it is. It was delicious, and I'd make this again. I rolled mine in spicy almonds. Super simple, and delicious. Serving size is estimated.

Steps:
- Whip cream cheese until light and fluffy.
- Add the pineapple, seasoned salt, and green onions until well mixed.
- Form mixture into a ball. This was easier if I refrigerated the cheese ball for an hour before this step. I also found I preferred splitting this into 2 normal sized cheese balls instead of 1 huge cheese ball because it was easier to handle.
- Roll the ball in the nuts.
- Serve with crackers.
