Condensed milk cooked with butter and coconut flakes, formed into little candy balls makes this a favorite Brazilian recipe especially at birthday parties. Kids (and adults) love it!

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon butter, plus more for pan
¼ cup sweetened flaked coconut
sweetened flaked coconut for decorating
whole cloves for decorating

Steps:

  • Bring milk and butter to a simmer in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Continue to cook, stirring often, until the milk has reduced to half and thickened, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in the 1/4 cup coconut, and allow to cool a bit before pouring into a buttered bowl. Chill in the refrigerator until cold, about 2 hours.
  • With buttered or oiled hands, form milk mixture into tablespoon-sized balls, and roll in coconut flakes. Stick a clove into each beijinho as decoration.

Mas como vocês me pediram tanto, hoje eu vou ensinar como fazer beijinho tradicional de coco simples com um passo a passo fácil do jeito que tem que ser. Não dá pra errar na hora de fazer um doce tão fácil, os ingredientes são poucos e a preparação é bem rápida, tenho certeza que até quem nunca fez um docinho na vida vai acertar o preparo dessa receita. A receita de beijinho tradicional é um docinho que não pode faltar em festa de aniversário ou em festas no geral, ele é um clássico e todo mundo gosta. 1 caixa de leite condensado
1 colher (sopa) de manteiga
50 ml de leite de coco
2 colheres (sopa) de coco ralado
manteiga a gosto
cravos-da-Índia a gosto

Steps:

  • Numa panela, junte o leite condensado, o leite de coco, a manteiga e o coco ralado;
  • Misture bem e leve ao fogo baixo;
  • Mexa sem parar até o doce desgrudar do fundo da panela;
  • Desligue o fogo e transfira para uma tigela ou para um prato;
  • Espere até que esfrie completamente e em seguida enrole os docinhos no tamanho que desejar;
  • Para decorar, passe os docinhos no coco ralado ou no açúcar e enfie um cravo da índia em cada docinho.
