CORNED BEEF BAGEL DIP
I've taken this appetizer to many potlucks over the years, and everybody always enjoys dunking bagel bites into the creamy, kicked-up dip. -Shari Stensrud, Cambridge, Minnesota

Steps:
- Combine the poppy seeds, white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, garlic, onion and 1 tablespoon salt in a small bowl. Mix together and add 2 tablespoons of the mix to a food processor. Set the remaining mix aside in an airtight container for later use. Add the cream cheese and pepper relish to the food processor and pulse until completely combined. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and top with a little of the remaining spice mix and more pepper relish. Serve with bagel chips.
EVERYTHING BAGEL DIP
Think of this as a deconstructed everything bagel with extra schmear. A little tangy from sour cream, this spread can be used as a dip for pretzels, potato chips, raw vegetables and, yes, bagel chips. But it's just as good on a sandwich - or even a bagel, if you're crazy for everything spice. One thing to note: If you're making it by hand, make sure to keep your cream cheese quite soft. It'll make things a lot easier.

Steps:
- In a small bowl, mix together the dried onion, seeds, garlic powder and flaky salt. In a medium bowl, using a whisk or an electric hand mixer, blend together the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and fluffy. Stir in all but 1 tablespoon of spice mixture.
- Eat at once, or refrigerate for 15 minutes or up to 5 days for dip to thicken and flavors to meld. Garnish with the remaining 1 tablespoon spice mixture, and serve chips, vegetables or pretzels.
BAGEL DIP
Everyone loves this mild dip. Chopped dried beef adds flavor and texture. Serve with plain bagels cut into bite size pieces.

BEEFY CHEESE DIP
This dip is wonderful. I put it in a slow cooker after it's done to keep it warm. Serve this with tortilla chips.

CORNED BEEF BAGEL DIP
I found this recipe in a school book long ago. I've made this for football parties, snack days at work, and just plain hanging out. Who knew corned beef just isn't for St. Patrick's Day anymore. I do love corned beef. I save some just for this dip.

DRIED BEEF SPREAD ("BAGEL DIP")
I got this recipe from a family friend, we call it "Bonnie's Bagel Dip". It's easy to make and very flavorful. I've made it before with light sour cream and light mayo, but of course the real stuff is creamiest. If time allows, refrigerate over night, this allows the flavor of soup mix to really come out. We serve it with mini bagels.

GROCERY STORE BEEFY BAGEL DIP
When I worked as a bagger at a supermarket as a teenager, I used to buy a single serving of this from the deli on literally every lunch break. It is one of my personal favorites and always gets destroyed around the holidays. I've made it with and without MSG and I feel it benefits from it.

- Chill at least three hours. Serve with your chopped bagels. Crackers and pita bread aren't bad either.
- ***People also report good results with Hormel Dried Beef.
- **Can also use onion, sesame, multigrain, and poppy seed bagels with good results, but plain is my favorite. Chill bagels along with dip before serving, do not toast them.

EASY BAGEL DIP
The longer this creamy, beefy blend chills, the better it tastes. I usually have to make a double batch when I bring it to family gatherings. It's good not only with bite-size bagel pieces, but also with veggies. -Mary Merkwan, Wagner, South Dakota
