Beef And Black Bean Alfredo Baked Potato Topping Food

SOUTHWESTERN BAKED POTATO RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
• Carefully pierce potatoes with a fork. On a baking sheet, oil the potatoes well and sprinkle with salt.
• Bake for about one hour. If making more potatoes, an additional 15 minutes per potato is needed.
• In a skillet over high heat, add the ground beef with a bit of oil.
• Add the taco seasoning, black beans, and tomatoes. You may want to drain the ground beef mixture once cooked if there's too much liquid.
• Once the potatoes are cooled, cut them vertically, scoop out the inside, and transfer to a bowl.
• In the bowl with the scooped out potatoes, add the ground beef mixture and cheddar cheese. Mix well.
• Scoop the potato mixture back into the potatoes and top with cheddar cheese.
• Bake an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
• Serve warm with guacamole.

BEEF AND PASTA ALFREDO

Steps:

• Cook penne to desired doneness, drain and cover to keep warm.
• Meanwhile, brown ground beef in large skillet over medium high heat until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently.
• Drain.
• Stir in onions and sauce.
• Reduce heat to medium; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until bubbly.
• Add cooked penne, tomatoes and basil;cook 3 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
• If desired, add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.

BEEF, POTATOES & BEANS

Steps:

• Heat vegetable oil in skillet.
• Brown potatoes in oil, about 8 minutes, turning once.
• Remove potatoes from skillet and set aside (Drain on paper towels until needed).
• Sprinkle garlic powder on ground beef.
• Brown ground beef and onions in skillet.
• Drain well.
• Mix beef, soup and green beans together and spread in greased pan. (I used a loaf pan, but an 8" square pan or pie dish would also work.).
• Layer potatoes evenly over meat & bean mixture.
• Top with cheese.
• Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and dish is warmed through - about 15 minutes.
