My family loves these Crispy BBQ Chicken Wraps, and I love how easy they are to make for dinner using leftover cooked chicken, bbq sauce, cheese, onion and cilantro.

2 cups cooked chicken (, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great!))
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup fresh cilantro (, chopped)
1/4 cup red onion (, chopped)
1/2 cup barbecue sauce (, your favorite kind)
4-5 large flour tortillas
2 Tablespoons oil ((vegetable or canola oil))

Steps:

  • Add chicken, cheese, onion, cilantro and BBQ sauce to a mixing bowl and toss to combine. Add more BBQ sauce if needed, to taste.
  • Layer tortillas with a 1/2 cup of the mixture. Starting at that end, roll the tortilla up, folding in the sides like a burrito.
  • Heat a skillet over medium high-heat. Add enough oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan (or spray generously with cooking spray) and once the oil is hot, place the wraps seam side down in the skillet. Cook, turning the wraps every minute or two, until they are golden and crispy on all sides and warmed through. Serve immediately.

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
4 flour tortillas (10 inch)
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1 tomato, chopped

Steps:

  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Brush chicken with dressing. Grill 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165ºF), brushing with 1/4 cup sauce for the last few minutes. Cut into strips.
  • Spoon remaining sauce down centers of tortillas; top with chicken, cheese and tomatoes. Fold in opposite sides of tortillas; roll up burrito-style.
  • Grill, seam-sides down, 8 to 9 min. or until golden brown, turning after 5 min.

1 cup KRAFT or BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce

Steps:

  • Place chicken and vegetables on greased grill over medium coals.
  • Grill chicken 6 to 7 minutes on each side or until cooked through and vegetables 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until crisp-tender, brushing each frequently with sauce.

Steps:

  • Heat greased grill to medium heat.

2 cups lloyd's original shredded chicken with barbecue sauce (I have made my own also)
4 slices cooked bacon, cut into pieces
4 flour tortillas
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup creamy Coleslaw

Steps:

  • In saucepan, cook barbeque chicken and bacon over mediem heat 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
  • Meanwhile, heat tortillas as directed on package.
  • Spoon 1/2 cup chicken mixture down center of each warm tortilla.
  • Top each with cheese.
  • Spoon coleslaw down sides of each.
  • Fold up bottom of each tortilla; fold in sides.
  • Enjoy.
