Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix whole wheat flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, barley flour, oat bran, wheat bran, nonfat dry milk powder, flaxseed, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda together in a bowl. Add honey, water, olive oil, and vanilla extract to flour mixture and mix well; fold in chocolate chips, walnuts, and coconut.
- Place dough in the center of the prepared baking sheet and cover with waxed paper. Roll a rolling pin over dough to spread onto the entire baking sheet. Remove waxed paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven until set, about 20 minutes. Remove baking sheet from oven and allow to cool slightly for 5 minutes. Slide parchment paper onto a work surface and cut into bars. Transfer bars to a wire rack to cool completely.

- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Grease 15 x 10 or 13 x 9-inch pan.
- In a large bowl, beat brown sugar and shortening until light and fluffy.
- Add molasses, vanilla and eggs; blend well.
- Stir in oats, flour, baking soda and salt; blend well.
- Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
- Spread in greased pan.
- Bake at 350°F.
- for 20 to 25 minutes or until light golden brown and center is set.
- Cool slightly. Cut into bars.
- Serve warm or cool.
- Yield: 48 bars Enjoy!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 inch square baking pan.
- To prepare Filling: In a heavy pot, melt 2 tablespoons of the butter and chocolate chips. Add the evaporated milk and 1/4 cup of the white sugar. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in nuts and cool.
- To prepare cookie base: Cream 1 1/2 cups of the butter and the brown sugar together. Add the vanilla and the egg, and beat until light and fluffy.
- Add the flour, baking soda, and 1 3/4 cups of the oats and blend well.
- Press 2/3 of this mixture into the bottom of the greased pan. Spread the cooled filling on top of the cookie crust.
- Mix the remaining 1/4 cup of oats with the remainder of the cookie base, and crumble over the filling. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350°F Grease and line a 9-inch square pan with parchment paper so the paper hangs over the sides of the pan.
- In a bowl, toss together oats, barley flakes, coconut cranberries and seeds. Set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine peanut butter, brown sugar, butter, vanillla and cinnamon and stir over medium-low heat until melted. Pour melted mixture over dry mixture and stir together. Blend in egg and spread mixture into pan, patting down evenly.
- Bake for 30 minutes and then let cool for 20 minutes. Cut into bars and store in an airtight container.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees with the rack in the middle position.
- Melt the butter in a large microwave safe bowl.
- Add the brown and white sugars and let cool a bit.
- Add egg, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla.
- Add flour and mix. Then add the chocolate chips and oats and mix everything up. The dough will be quite stiff.
- With a spatula spread dough evenly into a greased 8x8 baking pan.
- Bake at 350 for 25- 30 minutes.
- Cut into bars when cool.

- preheat oven to 350.
- mix all the dry ingredients together.
- add oil, honey, water, and vanilla. stir in chocolate, walnuts, and coconut.
- line 12 x 17 inch cookie pan with parchment paper. Place dough in center of pan and cover with wax paper. Using rolling pin,spread dough to fill the pan, remove the wax paper and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let set for 5 minutes. Slide parchment paper onto counter and cut bars to desired size. Place bars on wire racks to finish cooling.
