1 1/3 cups mashed very ripe bananas (2 large)
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
2 2/3 cups Original Bisquick mix
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine bananas, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla, and eggs. Stir in the Bisquick mix and nuts. Pour the mixture into the greased pan.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. To check for doneness, stick a toothpick into the center of the bread. You'll know it's done when the toothpick comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
To remove the bread from the pan, loosen the sides with a knife. Flip the pan over to release the bread. Place on a wire rack, top side up, and cool for 2 hours.
Serve and enjoy!

¼ cup melted butter
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

Steps:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Combine bananas, sugar, egg, and butter together in a bowl. Mix flour and baking soda together in a separate bowl; stir into banana mixture until batter is just mixed. Stir salt into batter. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean, about 1 hour.
