1 box Betty Crocker™ cake mix (choose cake mix flavor from recipe variations below)
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas (3 to 4 medium)
Additional ingredients as required for variations below

Steps:

Heat oven to 350°F. Generously spray 2 (8x4-inch) loaf pans with cooking spray; lightly flour pans.
Select your favorite banana bread recipe variation from those below.
In large bowl, beat all ingredients above plus ingredients from selected variation below until well mixed. Divide batter evenly between pans.
Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of loaves comes out clean and inside of cracks do not look wet. Cool 15 minutes in pans on cooling racks. Remove loaves from pans to cooling racks. Cool completely, about 2 hours, to prevent crumbling when slicing. For easier slicing, store loaves tightly covered 24 hours. Cut with serrated knife, using a light sawing motion.

Ingredients

1 (18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1/3 cup oil
3 -5 mashed bananas
1 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour 2 loaf pans or 1 large bundt pan.
Mix all ingredients together until well blended and pour into pan(s).
Bake for 30-35 minutes (45 minutes, approximately for the bundt pan) or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from oven to cooling rack for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Cool completely on wire rack.

Ingredients

3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
3 cups pancake mix (complete)
1/2 cup black walnut (finely chopped)
1 egg
2 large bananas (mashed)

Steps:

Mix ingredients together. Receipe makes two 4"x 8" loaves.
Bake in 350° F oven for 45-50 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Ingredients

1 (18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix
1 cup mashed ripe banana
2 eggs
3 tablespoons melted butter
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour a 9x5 loaf pan.
I use Bakers Joy Spray.
Mix all ingredients together well about 2 minutes on medium speed.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 50-55 minutes until top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in center of bread comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.

Ingredients

1 box duncan hines banana cake mix
4 eggs
1/2-3/4 cup water
1/4 cup oil
3 -5 ripe bananas, mashed
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts, optional
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant banana pudding mix

Steps:

Mix according to directions on the package, except add the bananas and nuts last.
Bake in a greased and floured, tube pan, bundt pan or two loaf pans.
Done when toothpick comes out clean.
Approximately 1 hour for the tube or bundt pan and 45 minutes for the loaves.
