1 package flour tortillas (8-10 count)
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Brush your tortillas with melted butter.
  • Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Sprinkle over tortillas.
  • Cut the tortillas into wedges (like a pizza) and put triangles in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Use a pizza cutter to make this step super quick and easy.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until chips are crispy and golden brown. Serve with fruit salsa and enjoy.

Baked Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips are easy 4 ingredient homemade chips baked in the oven with butter, cinnamon and sugar. This sweet treat is perfect for dessert nachos, dipping in fruit salsa or snacking on alone!

1/2 c. butter
8 10 inch flour tortillas
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment or tin foil and top with cooling racks.
  • In a large bowl that has a lid, microwave the butter for 1-2 minutes, or until completely melted.
  • Cut the stack of tortillas into 12 wedges each. Add the tortilla wedges to the bowl of melted butter. Place the lid firmly on the bowl and shake vigorously until the tortillas are evenly coated.
  • In a small bowl combine the cinnamon and sugar. Toss the mixture over the buttered tortillas. Place the lid back on the bowl and shake well. Separate any tortillas stuck together and re-shake to ensure they are all coated well.
  • Arrange the tortillas over the cooling racks and bake at 400° for 8-12 minutes until lightly golden. Some of the chips may still appear soft, but upon cooling they will crisp up.
  • Allow to cool to room temperature and store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.

4 whole Uncooked Homemade Flour Tortillas
4 tablespoons Butter
1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Pureed Strawberries
Whipped Cream

Steps:

  • In a large skillet melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium high heat. Add 1 uncooked flour tortilla and cook until bubbly and starting to brown. Flip tortilla over and brown the other side.
  • In a small bowl mix together granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle cooked tortilla with cinnamon sugar mixture. Top with additional toppings if desired and serve.
  • Repeat step 1 with remaining butter and tortillas. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar mixture and top with desired toppings.

1 ½ tablespoons ground cinnamon
10 large flour tortillas, cut into quarters
¼ cup melted butter, or as needed
1 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup, or as needed
40 maraschino cherries

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray 40 muffin cups with cooking spray.
  • Combine sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
  • Brush both sides of flour tortilla pieces with melted butter; sprinkle each with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Gently fit each tortilla piece into a prepared muffin cup, shaping the tortilla to make a shell.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until tortilla shells are golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
