- Preheat oven to 400 degrees farenheit.
- Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in oven proof skillet over medium heat.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides; add to skillet.
- Saute until golden brown: about 2 minute.
- Flip, cook two more minute.
- Place pan in oven; roast until cooked through. About 10- 20 minutes.
OVEN BAKED BONELESS PORK CHOPS
These baked boneless pork chops are my favorite - easy to make, tender and juicy with a flavorful dry rub seasoning.

Steps:
- Optional: Remove the pork chops from the refrigerator 30 minutes ahead of time to approach room temperature.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C) with the rack in the middle position. Lightly grease a rimmed baking sheet with vegetable oil or cooking spray and set aside.
- Pat dry the pork chops with paper towels. Place them on a sheet pan in a single layer and rub with oil on all sides.
- In a small bowl combine paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the seasoning mixture over all sides of each pork chop.
- Cover the pork chops loosely with aluminum foil and bake for about 15 minutes depending on thickness (see note). Do not flip the chops while baking.
- Check doneness by inserting an instant-read thermometer into the middle of the chop. Remove from the oven once the internal temperature reads 145°F (63°C).
- Using kitchen tongs, transfer the pork chops to a cutting board or a plate. Tent will foil and rest undisturbed for 5-7 minutes before serving.

- In a small bowl combine the salt, black pepper, paprika, smoked paprika, onion powder and garlic powder.
- Season both sides of the pork chops with the spice mix.
- Add some oil to the bottom of a baking dish.
- Arrange the boneless pork chops in the baking dish.
- Drizzle with some oil on top.
- Bake for 15 minutes, until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 145 F.
- Let the meat rest for 5 minutes, then serve.

- Heat the butter and oil in an 11 to 12-inch skillet over low heat. While the pan is heating, sprinkle the chops on both sides with salt and pepper, then dredge them in flour.
- A couple of minutes before sauteing, increase the heat to medium-high. When the butter stops foaming and starts to smell nutty brown, arrange the chops in the skillet. Cook, turning only once, until they are a rich golden brown, about 3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
- Serve with an uncooked relish. Recipe follows.
BAKED PORK CHOPS

- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Combine the panko, oil, Parmesan, Italian seasoning and 3/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper in a large resealable plastic bag. Put the pork chops in a large bowl and toss to coat with 1 tablespoon water. Place the pork chops in the bag and shake well to coat, pressing the breadcrumb mixture firmly into the meat.
- Place the pork chops on a wire rack set on a baking sheet and top evenly with any breadcrumbs remaining in the bag. Bake until the breadcrumbs are dark golden and the internal temperature of the chops registers 145 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer (avoid touching bone), 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges if using.
