4 slices bacon
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
8 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
2 green onions, finely chopped
4 buttery round crackers, crushed

Steps:

  • Place bacon in a large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in Swiss cheese, onions, and bacon. Place bowl in microwave, and cook 2 minutes. Remove, and stir well. Return to microwave, and cook 2 to 4 minutes more. Sprinkle crushed crackers on top. Serve warm with crackers.

8 slices bacon, center-cut, chopped
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise (I use Hellmans)
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 1/2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
3 scallions, chopped
1/2 cup smoked almonds, coarsely chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Brown the chopped bacon in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Drain the crisp bacon bits on some paper towels.
  • In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayo, Dijon, Swiss cheese and chopped scallions with the cooked bacon.
  • Transfer this mixture to a shallow, small casserole or baking dish and bake until golden and bubbly at the edges - about 15 to 18 minutes.
  • Top with the chopped almonds and serve!

Baby carrots and a selection of spiced flat breads, cocktail size pumpernickel or rye breads, or sliced whole grain baguettes, for dipping

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  • Brown bacon in nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Drain crisp bacon bits on paper towels.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon, Swiss and scallions with cooked bacon. Transfer to a shallow small casserole or baking dish and bake until golden and bubbly at edges, 15 to 18 minutes. Top with chopped smoked almonds. 1 sleeve buttery round crackers (such as Ritz®), crushed
1 (4.3 ounce) package bacon bits
3 stalks green onions, chopped
8 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
⅔ cup creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®)

Steps:

  • Set aside 1/2 of the crushed crackers, 1/4 of the bacon bits, and 1/2 of the green onions for topping.
  • Combine Swiss cheese, cream cheese, and Miracle Whip® in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes.
  • Add remaining crushed crackers, remaining bacon bits, and remaining green onions to the cheese mixture. Mix well and microwave for 2 more minutes.

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup swiss cheese, grated
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
8 slices bacon, cooked
1/2 cup Ritz cracker, crushed

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, swiss cheese and green onion in a bowl.
  • Crumble 6 slices of the bacon and add to the bowl.
  • Combine all ingredients well.
  • Transfer to a baking dish.
  • Crumble the remaining 2 slices of bacon.
  • Combine the crumbled bacon and crushed crackers.
  • Sprinkle on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  • Serve the dip on Ritz or any other type of butter crackers.

Steps:

  • Place cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 30 seconds to soften. Stir in the Swiss cheese, mayonnaise and onion until blended. , Transfer to an ungreased 9-in. pie plate. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 1-1/2 minutes or until heated through, stirring once.
