BACON-PICKLE KETCHUP
Steps:
- Cook 4 slices bacon in a skillet over medium heat, turning, until crisp, about 7 minutes. Drain on paper towels, then crumble. Combine 1 cup ketchup, 1/2 finely chopped onion, 1/2 cup relish and 1/4 cup finely chopped pickled jalapenos (drained) in a bowl. Stir in the bacon.
BACON DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER DIP
This sounds absolutely TO DIE FOR! I'm thinking it would be a great snack for a Superbowl party and I am going to have to give it a go next year (or maybe before)! I found it on a blog called "Closet Cooking."

Steps:
- Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium heat, set it aside and drain the grease from the pan.
- Cook the bacon in the pan until crispy, about 6-10 minutes, set aside and drain all but a tablespoon of the grease.
- Add the onion and saute until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the garlic and saute until fragrant, about a minute.
- Mix the ground beef, bacon, onions and garlic, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, cheddar, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup and pour it into a baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated 350F oven until the top starts turning a light golden brown and then sides are bubbling, about 20-30 minutes.
- Serve with baguette slices and shredded lettuce, diced fresh tomatoes and chopped dill pickles (to top it).

- While your pizza dough is rising, begin prepping your ingredients. Cook the ground beef with onion in a skillet over medium-low heat until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the bacon until it is a little less done than you normally like it.20 minutes before the dough is done rising, preheat your oven to 450ºF (230ºC). Place a pizza stone (or heavy, flat stainless steel cookie sheet) in the oven to preheat.Roll the dough out on a sheet of parchment paper to a 10-inch circle. Spread the butter all over the dough, right out to the edge. Spread the ketchup over the dough for the sauce. Sprinkle with the cheese, ground beef, bacon, and pickles. Drizzle with mustard and ketchup.Bake in preheated oven on preheated stone or cookie sheet for about 8--10 minutes, or until the bottom of the crust is deep golden brown all the way across and the cheese is melted. - Cook macaroni in a large pot of salted water according to package directions. Drain.
- Cook bacon in a large skillet until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon to a paper towel-lined plate.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Pour bacon fat out of pan. You can save it for another use.Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook and crumble the ground beef. When the ground beef is about halfway cooked, add the onion.
- Drain off the fat. Place skillet over medium heat and add the garlic powder, pepper, diced tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce. Stir until heated through.
- Add the chopped pickles and half the American cheese. I like to tear or cut the cheese into pieces so that it melts more easily. Stir until the cheese melts.
- Stir macaroni in.
- Transfer to a greaseed 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve with the bacon, shredded letuuce, tomatoes, and pickles.

- Preheat your oven to 190C/375F.
- Place a large saucepan over high heat, add the oil, ground beef, salt, and pepper. Break the beef up and cook until browned, then remove from the heat.
- Place the bacon into a nonstick frying pan over high heat and saute until crisp, drain off the fat and add the bacon to the beef mixture.
- Add the onion, pickles, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and half the cheddar into the beef mix. Mix well.
- Add the beef mixture to a casserole dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and cream, pour over the beef mixture.
- Top with the remaining cheddar and bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
