2 lb ground beef
2 large bell peppers (green, yellow or red (diced into cubes))
1 large onion ((chopped into small cubes))
8 oz provolone
1 tbsp salt ((adjust to taste))
1 tsp pepper ((adjust to taste))
8 large tortillas ((wheat or white))

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef while breaking it apart into small pieces. Season it with salt and pepper.
  • Add in onion and bell pepper. Cook until veggies soften.
  • Add cheese and stir until the cheese is fully melted. Turn off the heat.
  • Place all 8 tortillas flat on the work surface. Equally, divide the beef mixture and wrap each tortilla.
  • You can serve them immediately. Also, you can toast both sides of the wrap on a preheated skillet or a griddle to create that extra crust.

These Bacon Philly Cheesesteak Wraps are so easy to make and full of meat. They only require a few simple ingredients and taste absolutely amazing.

4 whole wheat tortillas
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon horseradish
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese (divided)
1 green bell pepper (sliced)
2-3 small strip steaks (sliced thin)
2 Tablespoons steak seasoning
8 strips bacon (cooked and crumbled)

Steps:

  • Place 4 whole wheat tortillas out.
  • In a bowl combine the Greek yogurt, dijon mustard, and horseradish sauce.
  • Spread it over the tortillas and sprinkle one half cup of mozzarella cheese over the tortillas.
  • Saute your green peppers until they are soft and the edges begin to golden.
  • Cook your steak till it's desired doneness and sprinkle steak seasoning over it.
  • Add a few peppers to each wrap, shredded steak, and bacon crumbles.
  • Wrap up the tortilla and heat up both sides of the wrap, with a pan at medium high heat, over the stove, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Eat warm.

1 onion
1 green bell pepper
2 Tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground pepper
1 pound flank steak
4 tortillas
4 slices Provolone cheese

Steps:

  • Thinly slice onion and green pepper.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook onion, pepper, and olive oil until tender and slightly browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Salt and pepper flank steak and thinly slice, then cook over medium heat until it reaches desired doneness.
  • Place an even portion of steak, onions, and peppers on each tortilla, then top each with a slice of provolone cheese. Roll up and serve while warm.

I found this on my friend's Facebook post. Thought I'd make the U.S. conversions for everyone and save it here for all to enjoy! Recipe by Tom via Twisted Food's website. Others have recommended pre-frying the bacon for a couple minutes so it can cook all the way through in the oven and not be soft.

1 tablespoon oil
1 green pepper, chopped
1 white onion, minced
1 teaspoon salt
2 lbs ground beef
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
15 slices provolone cheese
20 slices bacon

Steps:

  • In a skillet heat oil over medium high heat. Add onion, green pepper and 1 tsp salt. Cook until onion is softened and just starting to carmelize.
  • Mix remaining spices into ground beef and spread out onto small cookie sheet covered with foil.
  • Layer cheese slices over ground beef and cover with peppers and onions. Roll into a log. .
  • Line another sheet of foil with bacon and roll up ground beef log.
  • Bake in 360°F Oven, covered with foil for 20 minute Remove foil and bake another 30 minute.
