Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
2 teaspoons chili powder

1 medium head red cabbage, cored and thinly sliced
8 slices bacon, chopped, cooked until crisp and drained on paper towels

Steps:
