Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Place the rolled out pizza dough onto a cookie sheet or pizza pan.
- Spread the ranch dressing around the pizza but leave enough room for the crust.
- In a bowl combine the shredded chicken and buffalo wing sauce. Mix until the sauce has coated the chicken.
- Layer the cheese on top of the ranch and then the buffalo chicken.
- Top with the rest of the pizza with some bacon.
- Bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes or until the crust starts turning golden brown.
- Garnish the pizza with diced green onions or tomatoes.
- Slice the pizza into 8 equal slices. Serving size: 1 slice.

- If you're using a cauliflower crust: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place the frozen cauliflower crust directly on the oven rack and bake for 10 minutes on each side, turning carefully.
- Dice chicken breast into 1" pieces and place into large ziplock bag or mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper and pour 1/2 cup buffalo sauce over top. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes (on the counter) or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
- Warm 1 tbs. olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add buffalo chicken using tongs to shake off extra sauce. Cook for about 5 minutes, tossing to cook all sides. When cooked, remove from heat.
- Meanwhile, cook the bacon your preferred cooking method -- I placed the bacon on paper towel on a plate and cooked in the microwave for 2.5 minutes per side. Let cool and then crumble.
- After the cauliflower crust has cooked, top with 1/2 cup of pizza sauce, then the cooked buffalo chicken, bacon crumbles, then the mozzarella cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Drizzle on more buffalo sauce and green onions, then let cool slightly before slicing!

- to 425 degrees F. Place a pizza stone on the center rack to heat up as the oven preheats. Once the oven comes to temperature, let the stone sit in the oven for a good 15 minutes so it gets super smoking hot - this is important to get that perfectly crusty texture out of the pizza. If you do not have a pizza stone, you can also use a large baking sheet. Prep a pizza peel with a generous sprinkling of semolina flour or flour and set aside.
- Place the dough on a lightly floured surface. Use your hands to form the dough into a 12" round. Transfer the dough to the prepared pizza peel. Top with the mozzarella, and the chicken, bacon, and cheddar from the Chopped Salad Kit. Brush the olive oil around the outer crust of the pizza. Don't skip this step! It adds some flavor & helps ensure the crust stays nice and golden through baking.
- Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated pizza stone in the oven and bake for 15-17 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling and the crust is golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly, then drizzle some buffalo sauce over top.
- In a medium bowl, toss together the salad greens and ranch dressing from the Chopped Salad Kit. Arrange the salad over the pizza, finishing with a good sprinkling of ground black pepper, freshly snipped chives, and some drizzles of buffalo sauce & ranch dressing as desired. Enjoy!
ALMOST-FAMOUS BARBECUE CHICKEN PIZZA

- Brush a large bowl with olive oil. Shape the pizza dough into a ball, add it to the bowl and turn to coat with the oil. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and set aside in a warm place, 30 to 40 minutes.
- Position racks in the upper third and middle of the oven. Place a pizza stone or inverted baking sheet on the top rack and preheat the oven to 425 degrees F for at least 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, lay out a sheet of parchment paper and brush with olive oil. Transfer the ball of dough to the parchment and roll it out into a 10-inch round, stretching it with your hands as needed. Lightly brush the dough with olive oil, cover with another piece of parchment and set aside to let rise slightly, about 30 minutes.
- While the dough rises, mix 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce and 1 teaspoon olive oil in a small bowl. Put the chicken in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper and brush with the barbecue sauce mixture. Bake on the middle oven rack until cooked through, about 20 minutes. Let cool, then cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
- Uncover the dough and spread with the remaining 1/3 cup barbecue sauce, leaving a 3/4-inch border. Top with the chicken, gouda, mozzarella and red onion. Slide the pizza (on the parchment) onto a pizza peel or another inverted baking sheet, then slide onto the hot stone or baking sheet; bake until the cheese melts and the crust is golden, 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro.

- Preheat oven to 425.
- Roll out pizza dough onto your pizza pan or cookie sheet. Prepare sauce.
- In saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Mix in the cream cheese and stir until melted. Stir in the cream and garlic powder. Increase the heat and bring to a boil. Decrease the heat and simmer, stirring often. If sauce seems too thin, sprinkle in some flour 1 teaspoon at a time. Cook and stir for desired consistency. Stir in the parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. You should have a nice creamy alfredo sauce for the pizza.
- Spread your ranch dressing on your dough first, next spread your alfredo sauce on the dough.
- Sprinkle half of your mozzarella cheese on the pizza. Add your shredded chicken, bacon and chopped onion. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake at 425 on the bottom rack of oven for 20 minutes or until crust appears done on the bottom.
- Assuming that everyone eats two pieces each, this makes 4 servings. Otherwise it makes 8.
