8 ea Bacon strips cooked and drained
4 Slices American or Cheddar cheese each sliced in 4 even strips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray. Seperate the dough into 8 triangles. Place one piece of bacon in the center of each triangle - break the bacon if needed to fit. Place two strips of cheese on each triangle on top of the bacon. Roll up each crescent ending at the tip of the triangle and place on the baking sheet with tips down. Bake for 15 to 19 minutes or until golden brown.

1 tablespoon butter
4 extra-large eggs
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
6 slices cooked bacon
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Heat the tablespoon of butter in an omelet pan.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the eggs into the omelet pan and scramble until completely cooked. Set aside.
  • Chop the cooked bacon finely and set aside.
  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate the triangles.

1/2 pound bacon (approximately 10 slices)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 scallions, thinly sliced
Freshly ground black pepper
5 slices white bread
Toothpicks

Steps:

  • Slice bacon in half to form twenty strips. In a small bowl combine softened cream cheese with sliced scallions and pepper. Remove crusts from bread. Line up 4 slices of bacon, slightly overlapping to form a square. Using a rolling pin, flatten the bread. Place the bread slice on top of the bacon. Spread the bread with the cream cheese mixture. Roll up bread and bacon as you would a rug. Secure with 4-5 toothpicks about an inch apart. Assemble remaining roll ups and place on baking sheet. Freeze until firm. Slice rollups into 4-5 pieces each secured with toothpick. Either refrigerate or freeze until ready for use. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place roll-ups on broiler pan so that fat collects in bottom pan. Bake until crisp, about 20-30 minutes.

  • Roll the crescent rolls out and divide in two strips. Press all the seams together. Spread desired amount of cream cheese on the dough. Then top with spinach, crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese.
  • Now slice the dough into 16 thin strips width wise. Roll them into pinwheels and cook them spiral up for 12 minutes.
  • Once they have slightly cooled, I brushed honey mustard on the tops of them.
