Steps:
- In a 4-qt. saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat. Saute the pasta until slightly browned. Keep stirring constantly to brown all sides. About 5 minutes.
- Add the onions and saute for another 1 to 2 minutes until soft.
- Add the broth, tomato sauce, beef bullion, cilantro, pepper & salt.
- Bring to a boil, and reduce heat to medium low; simmer until the noodles are tender, about 15 minutes.

- Add 1 tablespoons olive oil to a large skillet, fry the alphabet pasta over medium heat. Keep stirring so that the noodles don't burn.
- Once the pasta is turning golden pour in the tomato sauce and water. Stir to combine. Add in the chicken bouillon. Stir until completely dissolved and mixed in. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to medium low and allow to simmer. Allow to simmer until the pasta is tender, about 5-10 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Serve and enjoy!

Steps:
- Combine first five ingredients; boil.
- Add next four ingredients; boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer stirring occasionally for 1 1/2 hours until beans are tender.
- Using a slotted spoon, remove most of the beans and transfer remaining liquid to a blender; process till smooth.
- Return mixture and beans back to the pot; Stir in alphabet pasta.
- Boil then reduce hear; cover and simmer 8 minutes until pasta is tender but firm.
- Yield: 6 1 1/2 cup servings.

Steps:
- Heat up 3 tablespoons of olive oil to a saucepan.
- Add the pasta and saute until pasta turns a light golden brown, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and remove any excess oil by using a metal strainer. Set pasta aside allowing to cool down.
- Add tomatoes, garlic clove and a quart of an onion to a blender with enough water to start blending. For this recipe we will only be using about half of the puree mixture.
- Turn heat back up and slowly add in the puree mixture, mixing evenly with the pasta.
- Add 3 cups of water.
- Add Mi Arroz seasoning and tomato bouillon. You can substitute Mi Arroz with salt and garlic powder.
- Once your soup boils, taste the tomato broth: season with more salt, if necessary. Cover saucepan and reduce heat to low. Let soup simmer until all liquid has been absorbed, about 15 to 20 minutes. Your Ready to Serve and Enjoy.

- Place the meat in a large stock pot, and cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain the meat, except for about 2 tablespoons of the juices.
- Dissolve the bouillon cubes in 3 cups of hot water, and add to the stock pot with the meat. Stir in spicy vegetable juice cocktail, mixed vegetables, alphabet pasta, and 6 cups of water. Simmer 20 minutes, or until pasta is tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve.

- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add in the garlic, onion, italian seasoning, sea salt, and thyme. Cook until the onion begins to soften, about 5 minutes.
- Turn the heat to high and add in the broth, frozen vegetables, celery, bay leaf, diced tomatoes in their juices, and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, lower heat to a gentle simmer and add in the pasta. Cook until the pasta is tender (check the box of the pasta you’re using for reference), about 20 minutes. Check pasta for doneness (cook to your liking) and when the pasta is done, remove the bay leaf.
- Sere immediately and ENJOY! I like to serve mine with fresh herbs and little bit of cheese (non diary works great as well or you can obviously leave the cheese off all-together).
