- Preheat oven, if using, to 400 degrees F.
- Lightly coat asparagus spears in extra-virgin olive oil. Season the asparagus with black pepper. Take a quick count of the spear tips. Divide the total number by four. Gather that number of spears and use a slice of bacon to wrap the bundle and secure the spears together. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- To grill, place bundles on hot grill and cover. Cook 10 to 12 minutes until bacon is crisp and asparagus bundles are tender.
- For oven preparation, place bundles on slotted broiler pan. Bake 12 minutes.

- Heat a griddle pan. Drizzle the asparagus with a little oil, season and cook for 3-4 mins, rolling around the pan until just tender. Leave to cool.
- Lay a slice of prosciutto on your chopping board. Put 3 asparagus spears on top, with the tips poking out the end, then top with a few rocket leaves and 2 semi-dried tomatoes. Roll up the prosciutto tightly to enclose the filling and put in a sealable container for transporting. Continue until all the ingredients are used up.
- Mash the cream cheese and goat's cheese together in a bowl with a fork. Season and add enough milk to make a smooth consistency, into which you can dip the bundles. Transfer to a pot for travelling and sprinkle over the hazelnuts.

- 1. Break the ends off the asparagus spears and cut the spears in half crossways. Place in a steamer and cover with a lid. - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Spritz a roasting pan with cooking spray. Set up all of your ingredients before you begin to wrap the bundles.
- Brush the asparagus spears lightly with olive oil or spritz with cooking spray. Season with garlic salt [lightly] and black pepper. [Go light with the salt. The Parmesan-Romano cheese will add extra saltiness to the bundles]
- Bundle the asparagus in three's. Use one slice of bacon per bundle.
- Start wrapping the bacon around the stems tightly beginning at the bottom. If you choose to use baby asparagus, a half slice of bacon should be enough.
- Roll in the grated Parmesan-Romano cheese and lay seam side down on the baking pan. Make sure the bundles aren't touching.
- Repeat until all of the asparagus and bacon slices have been used.
- Place into the oven and bake for 23-25 minutes depending on the thickness of the asparagus. Turn halfway through cooking.
