Steps:
- Drain 1 can artichokes and saute with onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
- Beat the eggs with a fork. Add the cracker crumbs, seasonings, parsley and additional artichokes.
- Fold in the onion mixture and the cheese.
- Baked in a greased pan at 325 for 30 minutes. When cool, cut into small squares.
