Apricot Vodka Martini Food

VODKA MARTINI COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Combine vodka and dry vermouth in a cocktail mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
• Garnish with three olives on a toothpick.

VODKA MARTINI

Steps:

• Stir the vodka, dry vermouth and a little ice together or put them in a cocktail shaker to combine.
• Strain into a chilled martini glass. Serve with an olive on a cocktail stick or a twist of lemon peel.

DIRTY VODKA MARTINI

Steps:

• Place ice to the brim of your martini glass and top off with ice cold water. Let glass chill while you make the martini.
• Pour vodka and olive juice in a martini shaker. Drop in about 10 ice cubes and put the top on the shaker.
• Shake the martini shaker hard and quickly for about 10-15 seconds.
• Pour the ice water out of the martini glass and pour the vodka martini into the glass. Drop the toothpick with olives into the martini and serve.

THE CLASSIC VODKA MARTINI

Steps:

• Pour a little bit of dry vermouth in a chilled martini glass and swirl to
• coat the inside of the glass. Dispose of excess vermouth. In a shaker full of ice,
• gently swirl or stir the vodka before straining into glass.
• Serving suggestion: Garnish with olives or lemon twist and add rocks if you like.

THE B-TINI (B'S VODKA MARTINI)

Steps:

• Mix the vodka and Galliano, add a splash of lime juice, orange juice and shake. Garnish with orange slice.;

Steps:

• Put all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
• Shake to chill and combine.
• Strain and serve in a chilled martini glass, garnished with a slice of lime.

APRICOT VANILLA VODKA

Steps:

• place the dried apricots in a saucepan with just enough water to cover.
• bring to boil and immediately turn off.
• allow to soak until soft about 15 minutes.
• In a large glass jar (don't use plastic or metal) place the apricots, any remaining liquid, the vanilla beans and the vodka.
• Give it a good stir and place in the fride.
• Allow to rest in the fridge about a week, stirring or gently shaking on occasion.
• You can either strain at this point and decant or, if you use a 'sun tea' type of jar with a spiggot at the bottom you can just pour directly from the jar.

APRICOT-MANGO MARTINI

Steps:

• Muddle the mango in the bottom of mixing glass or shaker.
• Pour in all ingredients, shake with ice for 30 seconds.
• Serve in a martini glass and garnish with lemon zest or peel.
