- Mix apples with sugar, cinnamon and a touch of salt. Place sliced apples in 8 inch square non-stick baking pan or pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- For the topping, in a medium bowl, mix together flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, oats and walnuts. Cut in butter using a pastry blender or cross cutting with 2 knives, until you have coarse crumbs. Sprinkle the topping over the apples.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until apples are tender and crumbs are golden. Serve warm or cold. Add a dollop of whipped topping or ice cream to the top if you want.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the peeled and sliced apples in a medium-size bowl.
- Sprinkle the sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon over the apples and mix.
- Spray an 8x8 pan with cooking spray.
- Pour the apple filling into the prepared pan.
- Using the same bowl that you mixed the apples in, combine the oatmeal, brown sugar, flour, soda and baking powder.
- Using a pastry blender, cut in the butter until the mixture is crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oatmeal streusel on top of the apple mixture and pat it down firmly.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until it is golden brown.

- Then, prep apples by peeling and dicing into small pieces. Then transfer them to the bottom of the casserole dish and pour in orange juice and sprinkle on four. Toss and set aside.
- In a separate large bowl, mix together crumble topping. Place rolled oats, white whole wheat flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
